Medical tools, medical implants, and dental tools are provided in pipe shapes made of stainless steel and titanium. Stainless steel is available in austenitic, martensitic, and precipitation-hardened grades. Titanium is offered in medical-grade ASTM F136 grade 64 titanium. - Outer diameters range from Φ5 to Φ18, with hole diameters starting from a minimum of φ0.8 (depending on the steel type). - We also handle 455 stainless steel, which is difficult to obtain domestically. Of course, 316, 420, 440, and 630 are also available. - Titanium is provided in ASTM F136 grade 64 titanium alloy for implants. - We manufacture long materials exceeding 2000mm by extrusion, ensuring no steps occur on the inner surface.
